Another Court Concurs With The Ruling That Driving Using Uber Is Not Prohibited (Municipal Infractions Court, Posadas)
On the 8th of May, 2019, in the case “Acta de infracción Nº 95- Kommers Juan Carlo- s/ infrac. Art. Nº 87 Ord X N 5 D.M.”, (ruling: 5643/2022), the Court upheld the ruling from the previous “Julián” case. It added that those who drive using Uber provide a private service governed by Article 1280 of the Commercial and Civil Code.
