Once Again It Is Ruled That Driving Using Uber Is Not Prohibited (Municipal Infractions Court, Posadas)
On the 8th of May, 2019, in the case “Acta de infracción N 67 Dublece Netto Juan Carlos S/infracc. Art. N 87 de la Ord.X N 5 D.M”, (ruling 5650/2022), the Court upheld the ruling from the previous “Julián” case. It added that those who drive using Uber provide a private service governed by Article 1280 of the Commercial and Civil Code.
