On the 7th of October, 2024, in the case “Vallejos Marcos Ezequiel”, the No. 2 Municipal Infractions Court noted that municipal regulations clearly state that authorised transportation providers should be holders of taxi or remis licenses - vehicles specifically designed and intended exclusively for the transportation of passengers, in the case of taxis, or for the transportation of passengers under pre-empted contracts, in the case of remises. Therefore, in this case, the defendant, an UberMoto driver, was acquitted.
