On the 2nd of October, 2024, in the case “Procacci Federico Emmanuel”, the No. 2 Municipal Infractions Court acquitted a driver upon considering that the act in question was not described as an infraction in existing regulation. Furthermore, it was considered that a motorcycle was not encompassed by the definition of a passenger, nor cargo, transportation vehicle.
