On the 8th of May, 2019, in the case “Villagra, Juan Ignacio c/Municipalidad de San Salvador de Jujuy”, (Case No. C-185108/21), the Court declared the invalidity of the legal acts and proceedings carried out by the municipal government. The Court held that the proceedings, which led to drivers using apps being punished, had been based on regulations that had not at the time been properly published in the Official Provincial Bulletin.
