On the 26th of November, 2015, regarding the “Proyecto de Decreto: Por el cual se modifica el libro 2, parte 2, título 1, capítulo 3 del Decreto 1079 de 2015, Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Transporte”, the Superintendent pointed out that applications efficiently resolve problems of unaligned information and coordination. It was added that the self-regulation system is effective and meets demand that is not met, or met in a dissatisfactory way, by other services, like taxis.
