The Right To A Fair Trial Is Inviolable: Once Again, A Driver Is Acquitted Due To Failure To Produce Evidence Submitted
On the 1st of February, 2024, regarding the case “Cañueto María Alejandra s/ Apelación falta municipal”, (CAU 15490), the No. 1 Criminal Court in Mar del Plata, nullified the ruling and, as a result, acquitted the defendant. The Court held that the Infractions Court had failed to address the grievances raised and made no evaluation of the documentary or the evidence presented.
