Y OTROS S/INFRACCIÓN LEY 24.769”, (CAU Nº 1859/2017), the Court upheld the Public Prosecutor’s motion to dismiss the complaint, holding that the elements of an employment relationship were not present, and therefore, there was no criminal offence of evasion of social security contributions.
