On the 8th of May, 2019, in the case “Logan con Tribunal de Defensa de la Libre Competencia”, 18/01/2023, lthe Supreme Court rejected the claims filed by a group of taxi drivers. The Court ruled that the provision of a better service by an incoming economic agent is, in principle, legitimate and that the use of predatory pricing could not be supported.
