On the 29th of February, 2024, in the case “Parodi Carlos Javier S/ Apelación Falta Municipal”, (CAU 17641), another driver was once again acquitted. The Court considered the appeal ruling as arbitrary, since the Infractions Judge convicted the defendant without producing the submitted evidence or assessing the exonerating statements made by the accused.
