On the 8th of May, 2019, in the case “Bernardino Viviana Lucía”, Expte N° 170587-B-2023, the driver was acquitted by the No. 2 Municipal Infractions Court due to a lack of irrefutable evidence proving the presence of transported passengers, as they were not identified in the infringement report.

Prior to resolving the issue of the fine, the return of the withheld vehicle had been ordered.
