On the 8th of October, 2024, in the case “Perez Oscar Saul s/ infringir O.M. 3548/16 Mod. 4627/23", Expte. 259970, the Municipal Administrative Infractions Court acquitted another driver who had provided transportation services using Uber. The Court found that the case shared the same factual basis as the “Quisbert Alejandro Javier s/Recurso de apelación art. 23 inc. 5 CP”case, where Ordinance 3548/2016, which prohibited the use of apps like Uber, was declared unconstitutional.
