On the 26th of March, 2024, the Administrative Infractions Court No. 3 in the Municipality of La Rioja, in the case “Reynoso Martín Nicolás”, File No. 00012/2024, acquitted the defendant. The court held that the citation of articles without the necessary reference to the legal rule or mechanism to which they belong hinders or obstructs the usual exercise of the supposed defendant’s right to a fair trial. A similar violation was noted in the disparity between the details in the infringement report and the charges entered into the digital infringement report system, ending up with the report being annulled as a result.
