On the 23rd of September, 2024, in the case “Cabaña Gladys Ester”, the No. 1 Municipal Infractions Court acquitted the defendant. The Court considered that, as of that day, no Enforcement Authority, as mentioned in the ordinance, had been appointed or created to make sure Ordinance XVI N° 116 was being complied with.
