On the 16th of September, 2024, in the case “González Catriel de Jesús”, the No. 3 Municipal Infractions Court in Posadas acquitted the defendant on the grounds that at that time Uber’s motorcycle service had not been regulated, and that the application of ordinances by analogy is prohibited. Additionally, the Court noted that the service requires its own, unique regulatory framework.
