On the 8th of May, 2019, in the case “Prado Franco Esteban s/ recurso de queja por apelación denegada”, 1528/2021.GLA, the legal doctrine stated in the “Routti” case is reiterated. The Court repeated the same arguments and ordered the return of the vehicle without demanding advance payment of the fine. Additionally, it declared the denial of the appeal to be unfounded as it was based on the same grounds.
