On the 25th of November, 2024, in the case “Ruiz Díaz Facundo Abel", the No. 3 Municipal Infractions Court acquitted a driver against whom an infringement report had been filed. The Court held that, as of today, no regulation exists in Posadas for Uber’s motorcycle services.
