On the 6th of December, 2024, in the case “Kuzli Gustavo Alfredo”, the No. 2 Municipal Infractions Court acquitted the defendant upon considering that an act that does not count as an infraction, such as transporting passengers with motorcycles, cannot be sanctioned. This is because motorcycles do not have the capacity to take multiple passengers nor are they configured to conform to the functions of cargo vehicles.
