On the 8th of May, 2019, in the case “Melin Héctor Jorge”, Expte. 181628-M-2024, ruling N° 148363, the No. 2 Municipal Infractions Court of Bariloche held that, since Transit and Transport Agents made the passengers involved get out of the car before the start of the trip, the conduct constituted an attempt of an offence, which is not punishable in itself. Therefore, the Court dismissed the infringement report filed against the defendant.
