On the 6th of January, 2025, in the case “Carro Ramiro Agustín”, File No. 182041-C-2025, ruling No. 149752/2025, the Municipal Infractions Court No. II of San Carlos de Bariloche dismissed an infringement report issued against an individual providing transportation services to passengers via the platform Uber, upon finding that an attempt is not punishable. The court found that, while the passengers got into the vehicle, the transfer was not completed.
