On the 17th of May, 2023, in the case “Del Castello Osvaldo Daniel s/apelación contravención de tránsito”, (CAU 16483), the Court acquitted the defendant on the understanding that the Infractions Court Judge had convicted him without admitting all the evidence offered nor considering the defendant’s defence statements. As such, the appellant’s right to a fair trial was undermined.
