On the 4th of May, 2023, in the case “Salgado Victor Emanuel s/apelación Falta Municipal”, (CAU 11505), the Court acquitted the defendant on the grounds that more than one year had passed since the alleged infraction, during which the statute of limitations for the contraventional offence had expired.
