On the 8th of October, 2024, in the case “Albornoz José María Jesús s/ infringir O.M. 3548/16 Mod. 4627/23”, Expte. 260729, the Municipal Administrative Infractions Court acquitted the defendant. The Court considered that the case had a similar factual background to the “Quisbert Alejandro Javier s/Recurso de apelación art. 23 inc. 5 CP”case, where the ordinance prohibiting Uber was declared unconstitutional.
