On the 7th of November, 2024, in the case “Sotelo Rubén Antonio”, the No. 1 Municipal Infractions Court, acquitted the defendant. The Court found that, although the Registry of Service Providers mentioned by Ordinance XVI N° 116 had been created, no Enforcement Authority had been created, nor had the ordinance been formally regulated.
