On the 2nd of October, 2024, in the case “Ludojoski Luis Iván”, the No. 2 Municipal Infractions Court considered that a motorcycle does not have the capacity to carry multiple passengers, a characteristic pertaining to passenger transportation vehicles, and as a result, providing passenger transportation services by motorcycle is not found to be an infraction under municipal regulation. Therefore, the Court acquitted the defendant.
