On the 15th of May, 2024, in the case “Lovera Oscar Rolando”, the No. 1 Municipal Infractions Court acquitted the alleged defendant. The Court held that, at that time, no regulation had been issued to establish the authorization required by the permit holders offering passenger transportation services through electronic platforms. Additionally, the Court pointed out that the report did not mention elements to gauge which type of passenger transportation (public or private) was carried out by the accused.
