Once Again, It Is Ruled That Driving Using Uber Is Not Prohibited (Municipal Infractions Court, Posadas)
On the 8th of May, 2019, in the case “Acta de infracción N 069 – Esquivel Francisco Horacio S/Infracción Art. N 87 ORD.X N 5 D.M.”, the Court upheld the ruling from the previous “Julián” case. It added that those who drive using Uber provide a private service governed by Article 1280 of the Commercial and Civil Code.
