On the 3rd of October, 2024, in the case “Calero Nicolas Hernán s/ infringir O.M. 3548/16 Mod. 4627/23”, Expte. 260658, the Municipal Administrative Infractions Court acquitted a driver, who provided passenger transportation services with Uber, due to strong indications of the participation of an Entrapment Agent. The Court considered that, in light of elements in the case, as well as the evidence submitted by the defendant, it did not have sufficient conviction to establish the defendant’s guilt.
