On the 2nd of May, 2023, in the case “Palacios Dario Angel s/apelación falta municipal”, (CAU 16566), the Court acquitted the appellant. The Court held that the Infractions Court convicted the defendant without granting his request to challenge the inspectors’ version of the infringement report, clearly violating his right to a fair trial.
