On the 11th of May, 2023, in the case “Irrute Juan Carlos s/apelación contravención de tránsito”, (CAU 16568), the Court acquitted the defendant considering that the Infractions Court Judge convicted him without granting his request to challenge the findings of the infringement report, clearly infringing the appellant’s right to a fair trial.
