On the 9th of May, 2023, in the case “Fernandez Matias Sebastian s/apelación falta municipal”, (CAU 16552), the Court acquitted the defendant, considering that the evidentiary requirements of the infringement report were not met. This meant its convictive power was reduced, making it impossible to authorise the alleged accusation.
