New Acquittal In Bariloche Due To Lack Of Passenger Identification
On the 8th of May, 2019, in the case “Hermosilla Tomás Antonio”, Expte. 180117-H-2024, ruling N° 148415, No. 2 Infractions Court of the city of San Carlos de Bariloche acquitted a driver after his passenger was not identified. The Court highlighted that passenger identification is “an essential element to an offence, as stipulated by the law” and that its absence undermines any ability to convict.
