On the 8th of May, 2019, in the case “Hermoso Alfredo Damián”, File No. 181644-H-2024, ruling No. 149370, the Municipal Infractions Court No. II in the City of San Carlos de Bariloche acquitted an Uber driver. The court held that, despite having picked up passengers on the street, these passengers exited the vehicle before the journey started. Since an attempt is not punishable, the issued report was dismissed.
