On the 17th of May, 2024, in the case “Arguello Balbuena Leidy Andrea”, the No. 1 Municipal Infractions Court declared the driver innocent of the accused infraction. At that time, Ordinance XVI N° 109, which now regulates transportation services through electronic platforms, had not yet been regulated, and as a result, it had not been established what kind of authorisation was required by those who wished to provide transportation services through that means.
