On the 8th of May, 2019, in the case “Piña Daniel Alejandro”, the Municipal Infractions Court No. 5 in the city of Córdoba ordered the immediate return of a seized vehicle to an individual in a vulnerable situation. The court postponed both the fine’s payment, and the vehicle’s towing and storage costs until a final and definitive ruling is issued, which will determine the legitimacy of the fine.
