On the 1st of October, 2024, in the case “Neumann Natalia Elizabet”, the No. 1 Municipal Infractions Court acquitted the defendant due to the lack of regulation regarding Ordinance XVI N° 116. The Court considered that ordinances cannot be applied by analogy, nor can regulation be extensively interpreted against the defendant, rather if in doubt the court should err in favor of the defendant.
