On the 8th of May, 2019, in the case “Recurso de hecho deducido por el Sindicato de Peones de Taxis de la Capital Federal en la causa Uber y otros s/ incidente de recurso extraordinario,Argentina’s Supreme Court rejected an appeal filed by the Taxi Drivers’ Union, upholding the lower court’s ruling.
