On the 2nd of November, 2023, in the case “González Matías Aníbal s/ Apelación Falta Municipal”, (CAU 15074), the No. 1 Criminal Court declared null the ruling of No. 3 Municipal Infractions Court. The Court based its decision on the fact that due legal process had been seriously violated. The evidence requested in the defence statement had not been produced, clearly infringing the right to a fair trial.
