On the 2nd of October, 2024, in the case “Piris Néstor Gabriel”, the No. 2 Municipal Infractions Court considered that, in this case, the act described in the infringement report could not be deemed an infraction. The vehicle involved, a motorcycle, did not fall under the conventional definition of a passenger transportation vehicle, and therefore the Court proceeded to dismiss the report.
