On the 12th of November, 2024, in the case “Balbuena Walter Gustavo”, the No. 1 Municipal Infractions Court dismissed an infringement report filed against an UberMoto driver. The Court held that since Ordinance XVI N° 116 had not yet been regulated, the act in question did not count as an infringement.
