On the 25th of September, 2024, in the case “Rodríguez María Elizabet”, the No. 2 Municipal Infractions Court acquitted an UberMoto driver. The Court considered that a motorcycle does not fall under the conventional definition of a passenger, nor cargo, transportation vehicle. Therefore, the characteristics required to sanction were not met.
