On the 8th of May, 2019, in the case “Benitez Gabriel Fernando”, the No. 1 Municipal Infractions Court acquitted an Uber driver for providing transportation services. The Court held that, as of that date, no Enforcement Authority for Posadas’ Ordinance XVI N° 116 had been established to regulate such a service.
