On the 26th of June, 2023, in the case, “ “Charquero Jorge Daniel s/apelación contravención de tránsito”, (causa N° 16288), the Court ordered the acquittal of the defendant. This ruling was based on the consideration that the defendant was originally convicted without granting his request to summon the alleged witness to corroborate their statement with evidence in the report. This demonstrated a clear violation of the appellant’s right to a fair trial.
