On the 26th of June, 2023, in the case, “ “Quisbert Choque, David Fernando sobre 6.1.47 – requisitos de los vehículos de transporte de pasajeros”, (CAU 3859/2020-0), the Court acquitted the defendant due to a violation of his right to a fair trial. The Court held that the absence of information of the transported individual made it impossible to summon them to trial to present any essential evidence.
