Acquittal In Bariloche Due To Lack Of Clear And Precise Description Of The Facts In The Infringement Report And Lack Of Required Authorization
On the 8th of May, 2019, in the case “Soto Mariano Javier”, Expte N° 175176-S-2023, No. 2 Infractions Court acquitted the driver because the event described in the infringement report “did not specify which category [of authorization] would be required, nor which object was to be transported nor which activity was to be carried out”. The court ruled that the report did not meet legal requirements because it lacked a clear and precise description of the facts.
