On the 12th of June, 2024, in the case “Carballo Santiago Emmanuel”, the No. 1 Municipal Infractions Court dismissed the infringement report filed against an UberMoto driver since the act in question was not described clearly. This formal defect led to the consequent nullity of the report which could not be remedied by the Infractions Court.
