On the 12th of August, 2024, in the case “Benitez Raúl Hector”, the No. 1 Municipal Infractions Court acquitted the defendant upon considering that the act mentioned in the report, “transporting passengers without the corresponding authorization”, is not categorized in municipal regulatory legislation.
