On the 27th of September, 2024, in the case “Franzois Guillermo Arturo Néstor”, the No. 2 Infractions Court dismissed the infractions report filed against the defendant. The Court considered that the act in question was not classified as an infraction under the regulations since it did not fit the type of infraction described in Article 1 Section 33 of Ordinance XVI No. 112 DM.
