On the 8th of July, 2024, in the case “Silva Lucas Ezequiel”, the No. 2 Municipal Infractions Court once again acquitted an UberMoto driver. The Court held that his conduct was not punishable since it was not an infraction, because a motorcycle does not fit the definition of a passenger transportation vehicle.
