On the 14th of May, 2025, in the case “Zarini Hernan, the No. 1 Municipal Infractions Court acquitted the defendant. The Court noted that it was prohibited to apply sanctions by analogy to the case at hand and indicated that, at that time, no requirement of authorization existed for those who drove using electronic platforms.
